These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Shufl application (“Shufl,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using Shufl, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Shufl provides

Shufl helps you track credit cards, bonus deadlines, and annual fees using information you enter. Shufl is a tracking tool and does not act as a lender, broker, or credit reporting agency.

2. No financial advice

Shufl does not provide financial, legal, or tax advice. Any information shown in the app (including editorial content or partner offer pages) is for informational purposes only. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use Shufl. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the information you enter into Shufl. You grant us a limited license to host and process that information solely to provide the app’s functionality.

5. Affiliate disclosure

Shufl may include links to credit card offers. If you apply through certain links, SHUFL, LLC may receive compensation from issuers or partners. This does not affect your approval odds or the terms offered by issuers.

6. Third-party services

Shufl may link to third-party websites or services (for example, credit card issuers). We are not responsible for third-party content, policies, or decisions. Any information you provide to third parties is governed by their terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimers

Shufl is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, accuracy of user-entered data, or that you will meet bonus requirements or deadlines.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SHUFL, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of Shufl or from decisions made by third parties (including issuers).

9. Termination

You may stop using Shufl at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you misuse the service or violate these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
